My Story
My name is Kirby. My childhood dream has always been to have a hot dog cart called Kirbside Dogs. In my life I have been called many things, but for the last number of years I have been known in the area affectionately as "Gnome" - for my demeanor, not my size. I could actually tow the cart with our Harley, but where would I stick the umbrella? And, yes, I do know how to spell.
Our Mission
We want to consistently give you the best product at a great price in a cheerful manner. We will support our local community and give back through local charities.
